诸位兄弟姐妹们,我在这个学校呆了三年,说实话这是一个非常烂的学校,其实都不能说是学校,因为没有一座房子是学校盖的,都是学校的"院长"蔡德成租借附近工厂的厂房然后改成教学楼和寝室.环境极差,食堂的饭除我大一刚来的一个月时候还算是人吃的,以后的饭恐怕给猪吃猪都不吃,寝室的条件一塌糊涂,是把工厂的厂房用空心砖割成的一间间很小的房间,最里边的寝室连窗户都没有,管理寝室的老师凶神恶煞毫不尊重同学的人格,甚至还会偷学生的东西.即便是这种寝室学校也不让我们住的安稳,我在翻译学院三年搬了五次家换了六个寝室,因为是蔡"院长"租借的房子还不是长期租,所以他跟人家订的合同一到期我们就要搬家.至于教学方面,曾几何时确来过几个好老师,但时间都不长,因为蔡德成根本不懂教学他曾经养过猪后来到部队当过几年兵本人只有初中文化.每当授课的老师向他提意见时他都非常粗暴的对待人家,蔡德成曾亲手打过学生和老师,甚至大连外国语学院的退休外语系副主任因对他胡乱编写教学计划不满,批评了他几句当场遭他暴打,当时正在开会我也在场,我当时吓蒙了,被他打的那个退休副主任是一个六十多岁的老人哪!怎么下得去手,一个对这样一个老人都如此对待的人你还指望他能善待学生吗?虽然这所学校号称"大连翻译职业学院"但事实是这个学校建校十三年来根本没有培养出一个翻译!我亲眼看过许多学哥学姐找不到工作,因为这个学校毕业后没有派遣证和就业协议书,甚至连招聘会都没有,他所发的毕业证书国家虽然形式上承认,但大连地区的用人单位一听说是什么"大连翻译职业学院"的学生根本连面试的机会都不给.很多毕业的学生最后要么回家要么去刷盘子家里经济好的可能会出国,在大连找到一份正经工作的,在我所认识的同学当中一个都没有.而且这个学校年年都有大批学生退学,我大一刚来的时候,全班46个人,大二的时候只有27个人,大三的时候三个班合在一起上课才36个人.学校频繁的换课程表,频繁的撤换辅导员再加上合班分班,造成班级关系极其松散,人际关系极其疏远.频繁的逼迫学生迁移寝室,造成室友之间感情冷淡.蔡德成这个人秉性很坏,好说空话,撒谎成性,他眼里只有钱!而且他很会作秀,譬如大家所看到的对大连翻译职业学院总体评价的投票,本来说学校好的人只有不到二十人,说学校非常垃圾的有三百多人.但仅隔一晚,说学校好的人却暴增到四百多人,今天又增加到七百多人,估计明天还会增加.作为一个在这个学校呆了三年的人,我看到这种状况真实好笑!蔡德成你的心思不放在教学上,却雇了一大帮人(很可能是学生处的人)整天坐在电脑屏幕前刷点击率,有意思吗???诸位同学,我以我自己的切身感受写下这一点东西,如果你相信我的话,千万不要来这所学校!
